PhyToga was created by our founder Christine Sturgis and available exclusively with MovementRx Studio! PhyToga blends the principles of physical therapy, functional fitness, pilates, yoga, and traditional strength training all in one. Her goal? To make exercise fun, educational and challenging so that you keep coming back for more!
Difficulty for this all levels class is on a spectrum and Christine offers modifications and challenges depending on your fitness level.

PhyToga Fit with a Resistance Band
