Diane is back and making progress on her sciatica issue. She will continue to modify in this class and I will show the higher levels. In this class, we are moving distally (away from the trunk) to the hips and shoulders- both ball and socket joints. Because of their ability to move in 3 planes of motion, they are prone to injury, but we are here to prevent that!! We will be reviewing how to maintain your full mobility of these mobile joints but build stability and strength as well so they may serve you for many years to come!
Difficulty: 5/10 (modifications offered to make more or less challenging)
Equipment: Light weights and resistance band (optional)
