A favorite time for yoga. Get your blood flowing, your muscles engaged, and increase oxygen supply. This practice begins with slow stretches and builds to energize the body.

Afternoon Yoga
Think of this practice as a reset or refresh button for your day—a yoga break! Focus is on the tension in shoulders and hips, which increases over the course of the day, especially if you are sitting at the computer. The class also rejuvenates the body while letting go of stress.
