PhyToga Therapeutic Exercise

PhyToga Therapeutic Exercise

Based on Christine's background in physical therapy as a licensed PTA, she offers a variety of classes that focus on therapeutic exercise for different regions of the body. She also offers some education on biomechanics and types of activities that should be avoided when you have a cranky body part. This is not replacement for physical therapy, but excellent for when a body part needs some tender loving care, a bridge from physical therapy to full function or a way to avoid injury in the future.
