Here is an entire class where we focus on stabilizing our core and aligning our spine while we improve mobility of our upper and lower extremities, do functional strength training and perform lifting mechanics. Even if you don’t need to maintain neutral spine throughout an entire class, this a great class to take as a focused workout on these fundamental yet critical movement patterns.
