Here we use a foam roller (or makeshift one) to use as a mobility tool to massage and mobilize the spine. I will show you how to improve mobility and "encourage" the natural curves that we were born with to weather the stresses on the body. These curves of the spine are there to protect us and help us move with efficiency- and it begins with the trunk! Once we improve and find mobility in the trunk, then we strengthen what we've gained for long term benefits!!
Equipment: Foam roll or rolled towel or blanket
