Introduction to Pilates with Nathalie
Allow Nathalie to get you started on your journey with Pilates and progress at your own pace. Take your time and do the earlier sessions as many times needed before you move forward to the more difficult sessions- remember, it is a journey, not a race. You will find the classes increasingly difficult, but Nathalie has a way of explaining and demonstrating that makes it accessible and fun to learn. Enjoy the trip!!
