Learn the finer details of Pilates with expert instructor Nathalie Wetzel as she takes you through a progression of Pilates exercises in this 7 part series, building upon each class and progressing you at YOUR PACE. Stick with the first sessions for awhile to really learn the principles before you move forward or maybe you are ready to progress through each one at a faster pace- you be the judge!!
