Join Christine for a challenging but accessible class - keeping it really simple! We use body weight, gravity, tempo and 10lb kettlebell (or barbell) to add load to your strength training. Add a little cardio conditioning and you have a complete workout! Have fun with this, push the envelope a bit and try something new - you'll be glad you did!
