Is this class simple? Yes. Is it easy? Not quite. This class can be done in seated or standing, but it will challenge you and strengthen your entire body- with a simple resistance band. Not only does strength help us move better, preserve the joints, increase bone mass and prevent injury and falls, but it helps out inner life as well, allowing us to more deeply engage in the world around us with those we love.
