Whether you want to prevent injury, or you have an acute issue, neutral spine is a safe way to exercise and maintain the strength and mobility of your body. It is also important for all of us to know how to maintain our neutral spine while doing functional chores. You can't have a neutral spine unless you understand how to train your core muscles. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE CORE :))
