All of these habits are creating an epidemic of forward head, rounded shoulder posture that contributes to innumerable chronic pain issues down the kinetic chain. Come join Christine for this express everyday stretch class to do at your desk to fight the consequences of working, schooling and socializing on the computer - it's creating an epidemic of poor posture which = PAIN AND DYSFUNCTION. All ages should be doing these stretches!
We are starting live Zoom chats- Coffee, Community & ____. We will fill in the blanks with different teachers and topics and then share with our audience. I say "ladies" in the video because it was all ladies who joined me for class, but this stretch is for everyone!! Do this everyday and it will do wonders for your posture.
