Here I incorporate light weights with Pilates, Yoga and traditional strengthening patterns , such as "Good Mornings", which is one of the best exercises for strengthening your glutes- the workhorse of the body. If you have glute amnesia, that equals trouble and translates into dysfunctional movement patterns and eventually pain. No glute amnesia here!! We also incorporate some great balance work with a strap, use a belt or dog leash at home.
